Bill Jubb is the founder of Jubb Design & Build, a registered Building Designer and Builder delivering compliant, buildable solutions across residential and commercial projects.

Bill holds registrations in Building Design (Architecture), Domestic Building, and Commercial Building, giving him a rare ability to move seamlessly from concept and approvals through to construction and rectification.

His knowledge has been built through hands-on delivery in some of the most demanding construction environments across Melbourne and Australia, including high wind zones, sloping and landslip sites, reactive and sandy soils, coastal and corrosive environments, underpinned structures, basements, and complex builds.

Bill is known for making the building process clear and controlled, from initial advice, as-built documentation and council matters, through planning, design, and construction. His focus is always on compliance, buildability, and protecting the client from costly mistakes, delays, and rework.
